Natan Grants for ROI Entrepreneurs 2018-2019

Posted by: The Natan Fund

Natan inspires young philanthropists to engage actively in Jewish giving by funding innovative projects that shape the Jewish future.

Amount: $12,000
Deadline: Jan. 5, 2018

Natan invites members of the ROI Community who are spearheading innovative initiatives to submit proposals for the Natan Grants for ROI Entrepreneurs program. This new grant program supports innovative projects that create new access points to Jewish life around the world. Applicants may apply for grants ranging between $5,000 to $12,000.

With this grant program, Natan seeks to support individual social entrepreneurs, community builders, and very early-stage programs that engage young Jews in Jewish religion, culture, and community in innovative and effective ways. Ideal applicants will demonstrate exceptional leadership and a broad and inclusive approach to Jewish life and Jewish community.

Organizations supported through this grant program might include:

  • innovative platforms that create new access points to Jewish life, particularly those that are unengaged. Organizations might include arts and culture, media, technology, or environment and food;
  • new models for engaging disenfranchised Jews and connecting Jews to each other through Jewish religion, spirituality, and learning.
